“The decision on the election was adopted by the Annual General Meeting on 04/23/2019 (Minutes No. 1 dated 04/23/2019). Oleksandr Markiyanovich Maslyak (the person did not consent to the disclosure of passport data) was elected to the position of Member of the Supervisory Board in connection with the election of members of the Supervisory Board. Owns a 0% share in the authorized capital of the issuer. Owns a 0% stake in the issuer. There is no outstanding criminal record for self-serving and official crimes. The term for which the person was elected: for a period of 3 years. Other positions held by the person during the last five years: director of LLC “Atlanta Investment and Development”, adviser to the General Director of DK “Ukrspecexport”. The size of the issuer’s share package owned by this person: 0 shares. Dubovy P.P. is a representative of the shareholder of PJSC “International Investment Group”, which owns 399 shares. of ordinary registered shares of the Company, which is 99.75% of their total number of shares.”

Yuliya Mykolaivna Tatik is a shareholder representative of PJSC “International Investment Group”, which owns 399 shares. of ordinary registered shares of the Company, which is 99.75% of their total number of shares.”
