In the regular annual information of the issuer of securities for the year 2014 posted in the publicly available database of the NKCPFR on the website www.stockmarket.gov.ua, on the Company’s own website http://mek.in.ua/?page_id=259 , in In the “Information on the state of corporate governance” section of the “Information on the state of corporate governance” bulletin No. 76(2080) dated 22.04.2015 and submitted to the NKCPFR, the information that none of the management bodies of PJSC “MEK” has the power to elect and terminate powers was disclosed chairman and members of the executive body. It is correct to consider the following: the election and termination of the powers of the chairman and members of the executive body is part of the powers of the supervisory board.
